Mike,
Through the magic of software updating that we do here at the Mindjet Labs, I have just added this feature to your version of MindManager 
. Now, do the following:
You can link to existing contacts, but you have to do it from Outlook.
- Open the map in MindManager that you want to put the contact and select a topic (that topic will be the parent topic of the contact).
- Open Outlook.
- Select a contact.
- Press the MindManager button
on the Outlook toolbar.
The Outlook contact is now a topic in MindManager.
