We use a wiki with a "technical space" to share technical informations within the is/it department and a "public space" for the user of these systems. The wiki is a good tool to publish this kind of information - a community to an other one. To improve the navigation of our users, i design some rough "clickable" map. The idea is to design this "clickable" map in Mindjet - I use it for brainstorm - and export the map with a wiki syntax (wikimedia).
