Try a simple case - 1. Add custom properties to a topic 2. Add a field of type Date 3. Edit the values - set the date to 1/1/2006 4. Edit the topic again - the custom properties default to 1/1/1970. Any ideas about this ? Is this an identified issue ?  

When a map contains a lot of custom property topics (also Outlook linker elements) these topics require a lot of space in the map. This macro automatically closes all data containers.
