Import from Microsoft Journal and Export to Microsoft OneNote.  If you are interested, Microsoft does not provide any API to get data into Journal or out of OneNote 2003. Version 1.0.10  If you are running OneNote 2007, try the new OneNote 2007 + MindManager.
