The Mindjet Labs

Does anyone know how to make a target style map?  This is where the sub topics radiate in 360 degrees from a central topic and each subsequent subtopic would then be adding a new larger circle to the map with subdivided wedges?  This would look much like a dart board.  There would be no spaces between sections.  ...
